The problem

Vaulnox sits at the serious end of crypto custody. Their clients range from private investors moving real wealth onto self-custody infrastructure to institutional treasuries that demand bank-grade security. Every inbound call carries weight. At this end of the market, a missed call or a misrouted one burns trust before the relationship even starts.

The team needed a front door that could pick up on the first ring, figure out what the caller actually needed (new account, existing-client support, institutional treasury, partnership inquiry), and route them to the right desk without a human triaging in the middle.

What we built

We built a custom AI receptionist around Vaulnox's actual departments. The agent identifies the caller's intent in the first 20 seconds (new account, support, institutional inquiry, partnerships) and routes the call to the right team member, queues for the right department, or captures full caller context for follow-up if no one's reachable.

Every call drops a clean summary plus a full transcript into the team's tools. A partner picking up an institutional handoff has the context already, instead of starting from "what was this about?"
