Your numbers

See what you get back.

Every business with a busy front desk loses calls it never hears about. Put in your own figures and see what an AI receptionist could recover for the hours your team cannot cover — the estimate appears as you type, and every assumption behind it is written out below it.

It is built to be conservative on purpose: it counts only first-time callers who would have gone somewhere else and stayed there, and counts everyone who is already your customer at nothing.

First visit plus roughly a year of repeat business — a figure you would defend, not a best case.

How often does a call go unanswered today?
Change the assumptions

These two are the difference between an honest estimate and a flattering one. A caller who was already a customer is not a customer won, and a first-time caller who rings you back tomorrow was never lost. Set them where you think they really sit.

About $35,916 a year, from the calls your front desk cannot get to today.

An estimate built from the assumptions below, which you can change. Not a measured result.

What this assumes

  • Missed-call rate — taken from the profile you picked, not measured for your business.
  • The model assumes cover is never perfect: 4.5% of calls still go unanswered. An assumption, not a measured Aevon result.
  • Assumes 76% of newly answered callers go on to book. An assumption, not a measurement — no live client has produced this figure.
  • Share of calls from first-time callers — an assumption unless you change it.
  • Share of missed first-time callers who go elsewhere for good — an assumption unless you change it.
  • Calls recovered from people who are already customers are counted at $0 — deliberately conservative.

This is a projection built on unmeasured assumptions, not a measured result. The missed-call rate, the share of newly answered callers who book, the share still unanswered, and both first-time-caller shares are all estimates. They multiply, so the total can be off by more than half in either direction.
