A South Florida med spa was running Meta + Google ads without a clean read on what was working, and watching old clients quietly churn. We built two AI integrations — one that grades ad performance weekly and tells the team where to spend, one that re-engages dormant clients through the spa's CRM.
The problem
A South Florida med spa was spending real money across Meta and Google ads every month, but the team didn't have a clean read on which campaigns were actually bringing in bookings. Pausing the losing ads meant pulling reports by hand, and nobody had time. Losing campaigns kept burning budget while the winners stayed flat.
The other half of the problem was on the CRM side. Every med spa carries hundreds of clients who came in once and never came back. Reaching out to all of them individually is a full-time job that doesn't get done. Dormant clients stay dormant, and the spa keeps paying to acquire new ones.
What we deployed
We built and deployed two AI integrations for the spa, both managed end-to-end by Aevon.
The first watches the spa's ad spend across Meta and Google every day. It grades each campaign by what's actually converting into bookings (not clicks), flags the losers, and tells the team which campaigns to double down on. The owner makes one decision a week instead of pulling reports for hours.
The second sits on top of the spa's CRM. It identifies clients who haven't come in for 60+ days, segments them by what they previously booked, and sends them targeted re-engagement messages designed to bring them back through the door. Old clients who used to slip through the cracks now get a personal-feeling text at the right moment.
